Required software

  • A recent browser with the latest Flash Plugin
  • A headset
  • A webcam if you want to send your video image

How to login to Adobe Connect

  • Start your browser.
  • Go to the www.switch.ch/interact/ site and click on Start Web Meeting.
  • You will immediately be redirected to the Adobe Connect platform.

Members of institutions, which are AAI-enabled can just login by clicking on "Login" at the top of this page.
For members of institutions which are not AAI-enabled please contact your IT-services department.

Important note: For best results, use the App!

Useful information for Mac users:

Once installed, open the app from your Application folder. You will be prompted to provide access to the application. 

Linux users:

Please note that although there is currently no application for Linux, users on Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat and OpenSUSE) can still attend, host, or present in meetings in the browser.

Big Meetings

As we have a limited amount of licenses for concurrent users, we'd like to know when you have an online meeting or webinare where you expect more than 30 people. Because for bigger meeting we have a special seminar license that allowes much more concurrent user in this a meeting room. If you want to make use of a seminar, please contact us and we will give you more information how to use the seminar license.
