The seminar license allowes one meeting at the time where up to 500 people can join at the same time.
This ressource needs to be reserved.
If you have a bigger meeting - over 30 expected participants - please use the seminar license to avoid using up too much concurrent licenses.
To get access to the seminar license, please contact email@example.com.
Once you have access, you see a new menupoint 'Seminars'. Click on Seminars and then on 'Shared Seminars'.
Chose the Seminar License # 1288160835 and then the folder with your institution.
Click on 'New Seminar Room' to create a new room. It's like creating a normal Meeting room but when you create it here you can chose it for your Seminar Session (see below). Please give a good Meeting Name as you need to identify your Seminar Room from a list of all the Seminar Rooms that exists.
After you created your Seminar Room, click on Seminar Session and then on the button 'New Seminar Session'. Pick the Seminar Room you want. Here you see all the rooms. Also the ones other people created. That's why it's important to give a good name so you find the right room.
When nobody else has created a session during that time, your Seminar Session is reserved for you and you.
Also, you can always enter your Seminar Room without a Seminar Session with up to 10 People. But when you have an Active Seminar Session up to 500 people can join your meeting.
