Quick Guide

The SWITCHtoolbox should be very easy to use.
The following quick guides explain the most important usage principles.

Log-in to the Toolbox Portal with your AAI-account.

Create a new group.

Add members to your group (i.e. by invitation).

Add tools to your group.

Start using a tool by clicking the "Tools" latch at the right page border.

Use the "Tools" latch to get back, or to go to another tool.

Log-in to the Toolbox Portal with your AAI-account.

Choose a public group from the list and click the join button.

Depending on the group policy you are either directly added to the group or you will have to wait for a confirmation by the group administrator.

 

After being added to the group start using a tool by clicking the "Tools" latch at the right page border.

Use the same latch to get back, or to go to another tool.

Select the group you want to delete and press the 'Edit' button in the left bottom widget.

In the popover window press the 'Delete this group' button (you might have to scroll down a little).

Confirm the deletion of the group.
