Annotate View

The Annotate View is used for 

• inserting text annotations
• inserting structured annotations
• editing structured annotations in place
• editing scales

Note that for the Annotate View, three layouts are available:

• Full (Use both text and structured annotations)
• Only free text
• Only with labels (structured annotations)

While not inserting annotations, the Annotate View can be collapsed.
